How long does the Certification Program take to complete?
The program is delivered over 4-8 weeks through blended online and virtual sessions. The Introductory Module takes 2 weeks including pre-work, two 90-minute accelerator sessions, and a case study. The Advanced Module requires 2 weeks with an organizational audit, 4-hour session, and a 10-hour peer coaching workshop. Certificate of Achievement submissions are accepted up to 12 weeks after the Advanced Module completion.
What is the difference between Certificate of Completion and Certificate of Achievement?
The Certificate of Completion is awarded after successfully finishing the Introductory Module, including a generic case study demonstrating the understanding of core principles. The Certificate of Achievement requires completion of both Introductory and Advanced Modules plus application of principles in participants' own organizational project documented through a short report with evidence of measurable results, demonstrating on-the-job value.
