The Challenge

The Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) needed to train their frontline staff on using a new digital alarm system to be rolled out in branches across Australia.

Our Approach

We created six instructional ‘how to’ videos with easy-to-follow step-by-step guidance on how to use the new security equipment. With a combination of visuals and live-action footage of the control panel, the videos demonstrate how to correctly use the branch security system for various scenarios throughout the business day and during system testing.

Outcomes

Thanks to the six simple yet very effective video-based eLearning pieces, CBA could quickly train a large cohort of locally dispersed frontline staff across all their branches and support a seamless roll-out of the new security system.
